About us
How It Started
Trash to City began with a simple idea: what if every new follower on social media meant one piece of trash picked up from the streets? It started as a challenge — a way to turn online engagement into real-world impact.
Day 1, we had one follower. We picked up one piece of trash. Day 2, we had 16 subscribers. We picked up 16 pieces. The numbers kept growing, and so did the movement.
But we realized we could do more. We launched a line of cleanup gear — trash grabbers, gloves, boots, and tees — so that anyone could join the mission. And to make sure every purchase counts, 2% of every sale goes directly to environmental charities.
We're not a corporation. We're not a nonprofit. We're a movement. And we won't stop until the whole city is clean.
